Harmonic Polyrhythms like 5:3
Who is this page for?
Anyone interested in polyrhythms and the harmonic series - composers, mathematicians, or just for fun.
What are they?
In these harmonic polyrhythms, the pitches are related to each other in the same way as the rhythms. For the normal polyrhythms, then the pitches are all in the harmonic series, and all the rhythms use the same bar size, which is the 1/1 of the harmonic series.
